Why is China cool now?

The People's Daily and the Economist have both been surprisingly trying to explain why China has become cool. From the gaming industry, social media, to electric vehicles, China's power of innovation and cultural exports have been truly impressive. But what's even cooler is China's consistency – setting goals and steadily achieving them across decades. Whether it was the aid to the developing countries or the fruitful results from the Belt and Road Initiative, China demonstrates through action that staying focused on the long-term goals is the real competitive edge. This kind of calm and unwavering determination may be the coolest thing in today's turbulent world.
