In this edition of Leaders Talk, CMG's He Yanke sat down with Colombian President Gustavo Petro during his visit to China to attend the Fourth Ministerial Meeting of the China–CELAC Forum on May 13 and formally sign up to China's Belt and Road Initiative the next day. Petro said that both countries plan to enhance bilateral cooperation and trade and give fresh momentum to people-to-people exchanges in order to "bring together the Jaguar of the Americas and the Chinese Dragon."
